The next lecture entitled ‘An Eighteenth Century North Berwick Love Story’ by Sir Hew Dalrymple will be delivered on Thursday 9th October in Dirleton Kirk Hall at 7.30 pm.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The first lecture of the season was delivered at Gullane Village Hall on Wednesday 17th September by George Simpson and Michael Thomson. The subject was ‘Drem airfield in Two World Wars’. The history of the airfield and the remaining infrastructure were described to full house.

 

 

THE COASTAL COMMUNITIES MUSEUM IN NORTH BERWICK is open until the end of October.

Some of the displays have been refreshed and new ones added. The Museum will be open Wednesday to Saturday and for Bank holidays throughout the summer.
